I have an elderly dog who has unfortunately started to make a mess on the carpet. So, I reached out to North Star cleaning; From speaking to Gary over the phone and discussing what my options were, to getting booked in, and having Keanu round to clean the carpet, you can definitely see why they’ve been in business for so long! I am extremely impressed with everyone’s professionalism and standards, my carpet has never looked so clean. Thank you very much! I’ve attached some photos from before and after!

Fantastic results cleaning our upholstered dining chairs and a tub chair.

Keanu was quick, tidy and very thorough.

The team did an absolutely fantastic job of repairing damage to our landing carpet. Castors on a blanket box and ripped away part of our berber wool carpet. It now looks like new. Brilliant service and communication. I'd strongly recommend North Star Cleaning.

We are really happy with the cleaning of all our rugs/stair carpet. We have two golden retrievers who love digging in the garden, and the rugs, especially, were in desperate need of a proper clean!! Hoovering only does so much, removing surface dry mud, but the deep clean has made an amazing difference with everything coming up like new! I thoroughly recommend North Star Cleaning: not only was the work well-done, but the price was reasonable too. 👍😄

Accidentally dropped a large mug of tea on our lounge carpet a few days ago; I phoned Northstar on a Sunday.
They gave me advice before they cleaned the area 2 days later.
Another Excellent professional cleaning experience from them - so thankful for their services.
I would thoroughly recommend Northstar !

Excellent service. Had a number of cleaners over the years but none as thorough as North Star. Great staff. Would recommend.
