A Charity Close to Our Hearts
When a family member was diagnosed with dementia over a year ago, our lives took a turn we never expected. The journey has been far from easy, with its fair share of ups and downs. However, through the tears and heartbreak, we found a ray of hope in Dementia UK, a charity that provided us with immeasurable support and guidance. This year, we at the North household, have decided to give back to this wonderful organisation that holds a special place in our hearts.
Our Initiative: The Christmas Giving Tree
As the holiday season approaches, we wanted to do something special to raise funds for Dementia UK. We came up with the idea of the Christmas Giving Tree. We will be putting up our Christmas tree and decorating it with beautiful gold baubles. These won’t be just any baubles, though. Each one will be generously donated by our clients and colleagues who will have made a contribution to our cause. These baubles can be purchased at just 2.50 each or multiples of. There is no limit.
Making a Difference Together
The fight against dementia is not one we can win alone. It requires a collective effort, which is why we’re reaching out to you. We invite you to join us in our initiative, to help make a difference in the lives of those battling dementia. Whether you can contribute a gold bauble, or simply share our message with others, we appreciate all the help we can get. After all, every little bit counts when it comes to making a big difference.
